Role Overview
As the Smart Tasking Product Manager for ABI Markets, you will be driving the BDRs strategy behind our Smart-Tasking engine in all ABI Markets using BEES Force. You will manage the lifecycle of the markets adoption of the tool within BEES Force, ensuring that transactional and behavioral data from users and POCs are translated into actionable, high-value tasks. A critical part of your mission will be overseeing the Coins Expansion: a sophisticated rewards program that assigns value to tasks via complex data science models. You will ensure these models are properly configured and localized for diverse global markets while keeping stakeholders informed through world-class documentation and visibility tools.
Core Responsibilities
- System & Workflow Governance: Lead the Jira configuration and management for the SmartTasking pipeline across developments related to ABI Markets. You will ensure that every development, from conception to market deployment, is tracked with precision.
- Expansion: Drive the Coins Expansion initiative. This involves coordinating the roll-out of rewards models that assign value to tasks, requiring a deep understanding of how the business goals intersect with data science outputs.
- Data Visibility & Analytics: Define and lead the implementation of new dashboards, ad hoc analysis, and reporting structures. Using Databricks, SQL, you will transform raw project data into clear "visibilities" that show the health and impact of Smart Tasking across different regions.
- Market Localization & Spot Analysis: Perform "spot analysis" to identify bottlenecks or opportunities in specific markets, ensuring the Smart Tasking process is optimized for local behavioral nuances.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary bridge between the core team and BUs. You will be responsible for sharing improvements and maintaining a repository of structured, accessible documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Jira (administration/configuration), SQL, and Databricks. You should be comfortable querying data to validate project progress.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to understand complex, data-driven products. While you aren't the data scientist, you must be able to explain how "Coins" and how the “Smart-Tasking” model work to a business partner.
- Documentation Excellence: A passion for clarity. You must be able to turn complex technical updates into structured, easy-to-digest documentation.
- Project Management Toolkit: Advanced skills in Project Management Tools for modeling and tracking, and a proven track record of managing cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies.
What a "Win" Looks Like (6 Months In)
Success in this role means you have successfully streamlined the communication loop. Your stakeholders no longer wonder "where the project stands" because your documentation is the "single source of truth." The Jira workflow is automated and efficient, and the "Coins" program has a clear, documented expansion path into new markets with full visibility on its performance.
