We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.

What you'll do:

  • Root Cause Analysis on tickets after debugging and fixing.
  • Maintain, and update data pipelines, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper structure for Vision team usage.
  • Use strong SQL skills to query, validate, clean, and prepare datasets, supporting data quality and operational processes.
  • Support dashboards and datasets in Power BI, ensuring data is correctly refreshed and aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Vision team to ensure data sources are up to date, structured, and properly documented.
  • Follow data governance procedures, maintaining clear documentation and contributing to continuous process improvement.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or similar.
  • Experience working with data modeling and data pipeline management. 
  • Advanced English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate insights with international stakeholders.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying, validating, and preparing data.
  • Excel advanced skills (formulas, structured data handling, validations, and organization of large spreadsheets).
  • Experience with Power BI (dataset handling, simple reports, data validation).
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong commitment to data accuracy and consistency.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in an operational, process-driven role with reliability and ownership.

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in data operations, data governance, or analytics support roles.
  • Understanding of ETL concepts and data integration processes.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Basic Python skills for simple validations or data manipulation.
  • Experience working with ticket management systems.
  • Databricks hands on experience creating pipelines and notebooks.

  • Ability to translate complex datasets into insightful, visually compelling, and actionable reports.

  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills to operate effectively across cross-functional teams.
