What you'll do:
- Coordinate mobile (Android/Kotlin) and backend (Java) development teams, ensuring on-time delivery with quality;
- Act as the team's Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and removing impediments;
- Advocate for the engineering perspective when communicating with product and design;
- Follow best development practices to achieve continuous improvement;
- Provide the team with a quality strategy that supports the team's delivery goals;
- Support developers' career growth through regular feedback and 1:1 meetings;
- Be constantly challenged to create world-class solutions.
What you'll need:
- University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Systems Analysis and Development;
- Previous experience leading development teams;
- Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms and problem solving;
- Experience with backend (Java) and/or mobile (Android/Kotlin) development;
- Experience with RESTful services and micro-services;
- Advanced knowledge in design patterns and development best practices;
- Knowledge of software testing concepts (testability, regression, unit, integration, stress, test automation);
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken);
- Experience with Agile projects and Scrum methodology.
