Role Overview

We’re looking for a communications leader to drive the execution, amplification, and creative operationalization of this brand’s global campaigns. This role sits at the center of creative, media, and market execution, ensuring campaigns are deployed with excellence, aligned across markets, and optimized for impact. Partnering closely with internal teams, agency partners, and markets, this role will help bring the brand’s global creative vision to life through strong operational leadership, creative collaboration, and disciplined execution.

 

What You’ll Do

Communications Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of global campaigns across markets, ensuring strong deployment, alignment, and in-market excellence
  • Oversee campaign asset cascade, market communication, and ongoing support during live activations
  • Manage communications agency partners, including timelines, deliverables, workflows, and executional processes
  • Own mid-funnel content development in partnership with our in-house agency and cross-functional teams
  • Lead strategy and operations for our creative studio, including key priorities, content planning, end-to-end creative process management, and final creative approvals
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all communications outputs and campaign assets

 

Media Strategy, Planning & Execution

  • Partner with Global Media teams to develop media strategies for major campaigns and initiatives
  • Lead reviews and approvals of campaign media plans to ensure alignment with brand objectives and communications strategy
  • Track and monitor the execution of global media strategy across markets
  • Support markets with alignment, follow-ups, and optimization opportunities to maximize campaign effectiveness and consistency globally

 

Creativity Management

  • Drive operational excellence across the brand’s creative development process and key creative initiatives, including global programs
  • Partner closely with the Communications Director to shape and elevate creative ideas and campaign development
  • Help ensure creative work is delivered efficiently, consistently, and at the highest quality standards
  • Facilitate strong collaboration across creative, media, production, and agency partners to bring ideas to life effectively

 

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years of experience in communications, media, social media, or creative agencies
  • Strong creative acumen with the ability to support creative development and campaign execution processes
  • Highly organized and process-driven, with strong attention to detail and executional rigor
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external agency partners effectively
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across different functions and profiles
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align markets within a global organization
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, highly cross-functional environments with multiple priorities simultaneously

 

What We Offer 

Work Location: New York, NY (onsite)

Salary: $165.000 - $185.000 + Bonus
