Role Overview

As a Data Analyst on the BEES Ads Growth & Insights team, you will be responsible for turning campaign and platform data into information, information into insights, and insights into commercial decisions. You will work within the Growth & Insights team, closely supporting country leads, sales teams, and Ad Ops to build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and data quality routines that keep the retail media business running across our six biggest markets. This is a hands-on role for someone who is genuinely curious about how data can move commercial results.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Liaise with data teams to support with accuracy, integrity, and streamlined data access for stakeholders
  • Reporting and Visualization: Develop and manage dashboards and regular reports for stakeholders to track key metrics, including ad revenue, campaign performance, and customer engagement
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct deep dives into campaign results to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization
  • Strategic Support: Understand commercial and product challenges to deliver custom KPIs, analyses, and actionable recommendations presented through compelling storytelling
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with local and global teams to address data needs, resolve discrepancies, and deliver actionable insights

Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing or data roles, with exposure to big datasets and complex KPIs
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI); basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation tasks is a plus
  • Curious and analytical profile, with growing business and strategic vision
  • Prior experience with data analysis, reporting, SQL, and data wrangling, ideally in an advertising, e-commerce, or digital media context
  • Ability to analyze datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story (data storytelling)
  • Excellent communication skills and flexibility to deal with different teams and demands
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Interest in working in cross-functional environments, supporting multiple stakeholders and countries
  • Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
