We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to join TaDa Delivery and help build digital experiences that make it easier and better for customers to shop with us. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Growth, Operations, and Business teams to identify customer needs, prioritize opportunities, and support the delivery of product improvements that drive customer and business impact. 

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their product management skills while taking ownership of meaningful problems in a fast-paced, digital commerce environment. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Support the definition and execution of the product roadmap for your product area. 
  • Identify customer problems and product opportunities through data, research, feedback, and market insights. 
  • Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. 
  • Partner closely with Design and Engineering throughout discovery, development, launch, and iteration. 
  • Prioritize product improvements based on customer value, business impact, effort, and strategic priorities. 
  • Track product performance and use metrics to evaluate impact and identify opportunities for optimization. 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption. 
  • Support product discovery through user research, competitive analysis, experimentation, and data analysis. 
  • Communicate product priorities, progress, learnings, and results clearly to stakeholders. 
  • Continuously improve the customer experience by learning from experiments, product performance, and customer behavior. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Initial experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business, Analytics, Consulting, UX, Technology, or a related field. 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems. 
  • Customer-centric mindset and curiosity to understand user needs and behaviors. 
  • Ability to work effectively with Design, Engineering, Data, and Business teams. 
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills. 
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Comfortable working with data and using metrics to support decisions. 
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations. 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience with e-commerce, marketplaces, delivery, retail, or digital consumer products. 
  • Experience with loyalty programs, membership programs, rewards, or customer retention products. 
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar platforms. 
  • Experience working with agile product development teams. 
  • Basic knowledge of experimentation, A/B testing, and product metrics. 
  • Experience collaborating with teams across multiple countries or markets. 
  • Background in fast-growing technology or consumer-focused companies.
