A Snapshot
As a Legal Operations Analyst, you will make your mark in a number of ways, working with the AirTrunk legal team to:
- provide legal, company secretarial, administrative and transactional support assisting the growth of the AirTrunk business across the Asia Pacific region;
- support in the preparation and execution of a variety of contracts including construction, procurement, data centre operations, real property, general commercial contracts and confidentiality agreements;
- deliver initiatives to streamline inefficiencies and optimise legal and administrative processes; and
- support implementation and adoption of legal technology tools.
You will receive day-to-day instruction and on-the-job training from the AirTrunk legal team.
Your Day to Day
- Support the legal, company secretarial and legal operations teams with day-to-day tasks, including operation of files and matter management;
- Populating and preparing template contracts, reviewing vendor contracts and liaising with counterparties and external counsel;
- Coordinating the internal approval and execution process (DocuSign) for contracts;
- Supporting the AirTrunk legal and company secretarial team to optimise the use of internal systems and processes, including Microsoft 365;
- Monitoring and administering AirTrunk legal team inboxes, triaging legal requests and intake forms, and responding to queries from the business;
- Maintaining and updating relevant information for the legal and company secretarial team, such as procedures and templates.
Requirements
- Previous work experience as a paralegal or in a legal operations role;
- Highly organised and excellent attention to detail;
- Strong document processing skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
- Experience using the M365 suite of tools, experience using the ‘Power’ suite welcomed;
- Ability to effectively multi-task and perform legal and contract execution processes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to interact and work with AirTrunkers from different areas and locations at all levels of seniority;
- Enjoys being challenged, has a “can do” attitude, is prepared to go above and beyond and is eager to learn and develop an in-depth knowledge of AirTrunk’s business and operations;
