Akido is rebuilding the healthcare experience from the ground up. Through early interventions designed around social determinants of health (SDoH), world-class care focused on chronic disease, and human-centered technology, we believe we can build a healthcare model that allows for all patients to live their fullest lives. We are a fast-growing, impact-focused, Y Combinator company created out of the University of Southern California’s D-Health Lab with the idea that empowering government, healthcare, and nonprofit services with population-based data could help usher in a new era of preventive public health. Today we are building a full stack medical network that leverages our predictive capabilities to provide a frictionless experience for both our patients and care providers. 

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior High-Volume Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be responsible for owning multiple requisitions, driving the hiring process end-to-end, and ensuring a world-class candidate experience. What You’ll Do

• Manage high-volume recruiting across multiple departments and roles.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to scope roles, align on priorities, and create sourcing strategies.

• Source, screen, and close candidates quickly while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

• Drive consistency and data accuracy in our ATS (Greenhouse highly preferred).

• Leverage tools such as Gem to build pipelines and track engagement.

• Monitor and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pass-through rates, offer acceptance, etc.).

• Support employer branding initiatives and process improvements to help scale recruiting.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong track record in high-volume hiring.

• Experienced in startup environments; comfortable with ambiguity and quick pivots.

• Proficient in Greenhouse ATS (required) and familiar with Gem (preferred).

• Skilled sourcer with deep LinkedIn Recruiter experience and other advanced tools.

• Strong communicator with the ability to influence and build trust with hiring managers and candidates.

• Highly organized and able to manage 15+ open requisitions at once.
