Technical Skills:

Min 8+ Years of Experience with scripting and testing using JMeter, LoadRunner.
Experience in SQL Server, Troubleshooting on SQL side performance.
Experience in Monitoring tools such as, AppDynamics, Grafana, Dynatrace.
Should carry thorough knowledge about Performance Engineering.
Involvement in test planning, execution, analysis, and reporting.
Understanding business requirements and identification of testing parameters.
Experience working with test management tools.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues of the application.
Ability to create reusable performance test scripts.
Knowledge about agile framework.
Drill down performance issues using AppDynamics (for slow calls, bottle necks, memory, CPU), LR Metrics, Perfmon,
Expertise in designing, executing, and monitoring load, stress and endurance test for Rest Service, Web Service and Web Application.
Designed workload modeling for Performance tests to simulate the production behavior.
Automated PE through CI / CD pipeline.

4-8 years of total experience in Performance testing

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Extensive experience in creation of Test Scripts and Test Scenario’s using Load Runner and JMeter.
Design load testing strategy, Execution, Load test monitoring, Load test results analysis.
Implement test approach with workload modelling and develop scripts using required techniques.
Review test results and establish hypothesis to draw conclusions by providing in-depth result interpretation.
Identify/create Performance test data.
Execute the tests in multiple environments as per the plan.
Log and track defects based on SLAs.
