Operations Consultant(Service now development) - 1658
Experience:
Minimum 4 yrs. of total experience. Minimum 3 yrs. of experience in ServiceNow as an admin or developer
Worked in ITSM organizational structure
Experience in following Core Process Areas: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog/Request
Prerequisite:
ServiceNow administration experience
ITIL knowledge
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
Good written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
Work on Requests, Incidents and enhancements for ServiceNow
Handle troubleshooting tickets in ServiceNow
Design, implement, test, and deploy business rules/flows
Technical knowledge of client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, ACLs, SLAs and notifications
Create and use update sets to move changes between ServiceNow instances.
Design and maintain a highly available and recoverable environment.
Proactively keep ServiceNow skills current
Share technical knowledge with the team.
You will be required to work with process owners and other stakeholders.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT or relevant work experience
Shift :
Evening shift - 5pm - 2am IST
