Account Executive, Miami - East Coast -Derm Division - Aestura & IOPE

Job Summary 

Responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Accounts Executives will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Create an open and collaborative environment that influences the sales teams of Sephora.
  • Participate, lead, or facilitate high impact training that includes key retailer specific trainings.
  • Build and maintain ability to work cohesively with others in a fun and fast paced environment.

  • A willingness to work a flexible schedule and make significant local trips with a valid driver’s license, and occasional overnight travel to visit current accounts.

  • Work Hours: 40-hour work week.
  • Office Day: Tuesdays are required in-office.
  • Day Off: Mondays are designated as a day off.
  • Flexibility: The remaining workdays can be flexible, depending on business needs and events.

 

Key Experience & Skills 

Qualification and Experience

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven work experience as an Account manager, or other relevant sales experience (minimum 5 years)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Experience in the cosmetic industry is a must.
  • Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Knowledge of advertising, merchandising and sales promotion techniques
