Are you looking for an exciting new role in a high-growth technology company? You will lead the Procurement Operations team.

In the Finance Center of Excellence, our goal is to be the catalyst to propel Procurement’s business performance. We do this by relentlessly pursuing best practices, challenging the status quo, empowering decision-making through data and insights, and enabling continuous improvement at scale to drive value.

In this critical role, we are looking for someone with in-depth experience in Indirect Procurement Operation, Contract Lifecycle Management, 3rd Party Risk Management and Technology to drive major change management initiatives throughout the entire source-to-pay value chain, having a forward-looking view to utilize technology and digitization, system integration as well as the continuous improvement mindset to engage with our key stakeholders throughout the organization. This role will report directly to the Director, Finance Center of Excellence.

Your Impact

  • Lead and execute digital transformation and change management initiatives for all transformation projects with excellent communication of project plans and expectations to all team members, stakeholders, management, and suppliers
  • Lead optimization of Contract Lifecycle Management System and integration with other systems by working with key legal, information technology, and procurement stakeholders
  • Drive program excellence globally by providing leadership in policy, procedure, and project management
  • Lead procurement operation team to execute to a comprehensive vision of what world-class procurement organizations do as it relates to processes, policies, and procurement technology systems and procurement analytics
  • Establishes dashboard and analytics for all things procurement.
  • Lead projects and programs to achieve business and functional goals and continuous improvement of processes.
  • Through people, process, and governance drive value to the business.
  • Define Voice of Customer and Promote User Experience driven by VOC
  • Build culture of continuous improvement, lead value stream mapping and kaizen events
  • Talent management with execution to talent development plan, coach and develop team

Your Qualifications

  • Ability to lead tactical projects while prioritizing to meet the needs of stakeholders
  • Comprehensive understanding of contractual terms and the ability to negotiate contracts
  • Effective interpersonal skills to support executive-level partners including presenting and facilitating meetings
  • Excellent analytical, financial, strategic, problem-solving, and risk-assessment skills
  • Strong business acumen with exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and program management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to create effective relationships, influence prioritization, and collaborate at all organizational levels
  • Adept at driving the execution of multi-stakeholder initiatives, providing direction when needed and removing obstacles to get work done
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead, facilitate, and present to large groups
  • Continuous Improvement mindset and customer service ethic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Project Management Tools required
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business-related degree programs
  • 5-7 years of indirect procurement, or related consulting experience
  • 3+ years of change management experience, especially cross-functional and high-profile stakeholder management
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong working knowledge of and the ability to effectively leverage technology (E.g., Workday, Scout, Docusign, OneTrust)
  • Proven track record of managing a high-performing procurement operation team
  • Experience in delivering training to diverse audiences
  • Ability to meet deadlines and set priorities, especially under time constraints
