Your Impact 

  • Manage local benefits strategy, reviewing renewals and aiding in strategy design.
  • Key stakeholder management with global/local broker.
  • Support as escalation point for employee queries coming through our ticketing system, responding and triaging as necessary, escalating as needed. Support employees on any employee queries, especially on any complex matters with due care and making internal HR stakeholders aware on any potentially sensitive matters.
  • Take a leading role in the successful delivery of the UK Annual Enrolment process.
  • Monitor compliance with laws and regulations related to benefits across the globe.
  • Be an advocate for communication and explore new ways to engage with employees across a broad geography.
  • Provide reports to local brokers/vendors ensuring census data is kept up to date.
  • Supporting the management and operation of employee engagement events.
  • Manage leave administration and other HR operations.
  • Support in projects and initiatives covering wellbeing for employee groups across all of Anaplan.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, a professional demeanor and always represent the organization in a positive manner.
  • Policy research and management across all of Anaplan to support employee benefits and HR-wide initiatives.
  • Working with the People Operations team on projects and ad-hoc work demands.

Your Qualifications 

  • Experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience of supporting and managing benefit programmes.
  • Proactive ability to engage with stakeholders to get work completed on time working autonomously with confidence but knowing when to ask for support.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, understanding global cultural differences.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 and Workday
