Working side-by-side with cross-functional teams, you’ll shape products from conception to launch. What You’ll Do and How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Own the end-to-end product and catalog management experience for scenarios like SKU management, bundling, solution configuration, purchase restrictions, product variants, and lifecycle management. Drive these features for both user interfaces and headless commerce APIs.
  • Partner with designers to create intuitive and engaging user journeys for Product and Catalog Administrators, ensuring alignment with market needs. 
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ideate, build, and launch innovative product features that delight customers and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Define and track success metrics (KPIs and OKRs), using insights to refine the product and maximize impact.
  • Continuously groom the product backlog and define a clear, actionable roadmap with a focus on delivering features on time and meeting enterprise customer commitments.
  • Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market execution.
  • Navigate competing priorities and make data-informed trade-offs to balance customer experience, performance, and operational requirements.

 

What we’re looking for 

Product Acumen and Technical Proficiency

  • Strong familiarity with agile methodologies, scrum practices, and tools for defining and managing business requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with open-source or proprietary APIs (REST/GraphQL) and Webhooks.
  • Experience working with or leading scrum teams, and using agile & scrum methodologies for software development: as a business analyst for defining and managing business requirements; in user experience design and information architecture; with open-source or proprietary APIs (REST / GraphQL) and Webhooks.

Customer-Focused and Outcome-Driven Mindset

  • A passion for creating desirable, viable, and feasible solutions that drive customer success.
  • Deep empathy for user needs and a desire to design highly engaging, intuitive user experiences.

Autonomy and Communication Excellence

  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled at presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Core Skills and Experience

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience as Product Owner or Product Manager.
  • Prior experience working in the Subscription Commerce, CPQ, ERP , and 
  • Order-to-Cash domains is a plus.
  • Strong technical acumen with a solid understanding of software development and web technologies.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
