About You

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager of Web Strategy & Experience to lead the evolution of our corporate website and digital presence. You’ll be responsible for owning the website roadmap, optimizing the user experience, leading a small team of developers, and collaborating across teams to ensure our web properties drive measurable business outcomes.

This role is perfect for someone who blends sharp business instincts with technical fluency and creative problem-solving. We are looking for someone who’s not just keeping up with technology but pushing it forward. You should be fluent in modern web technologies and curious and confident with AI tools—from LLM-aware SEO to AI-assisted design, development, and content workflows. You’re hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable leading in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you’re not just behind the scenes: you’re ready to advocate, influence, and inspire across departments.

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

Website Strategy & Roadmap

  • Own the website strategy and roadmap aligned with business and departmental OKRs and KPIs.
  • Translate growth and brand objectives into actionable web initiatives.
  • Oversee day-to-day web operations, launches, and continuous improvement workflows.
  • Drive site performance (SEO, speed, conversion, engagement) through testing and iteration.
  • Integrate and evolve AI-driven tools for optimization, automation, and scalability.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor a small team of web developers working in platforms such as Next.js, Sanity CMS, and Storybook.
  • Serve as the bridge between content, design, and development to deliver seamless, high-impact web experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Provide strong POVs on digital experience and influence key web decisions across teams.

UX, IA & Design System Integration

  • Define and evolve multiple sites architecture, navigation, and content hierarchy to ensure customer journey is mapped to business goals, ultimately leading to conversion.
  • Partner with designers in Figma to evolve our web design system and component library.
  • Ensure consistency and usability across all touchpoints, with accessibility and mobile responsiveness baked in.

Innovation & AI Integration

  • Identify, test, and implement AI tools (e.g., Lovable, Jasper, Surfer, Webflow AI, etc.) to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Use AI to support development workflows, content generation, rapid prototyping, and A/B testing.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation and continual adaptation to tech and industry changes.

Content, SEO & LLM Visibility

  • Lead web content strategy and standards—ensuring copy is audience-first, optimized, and conversion-focused.
  • Partner with SMEs and writers to elevate web content for humans and search engines alike.
  • Drive our organic growth strategy with strong technical SEO, structured data, and LLM-indexing best practices.
  • Stay ahead of evolving search behaviors, including AI-generated answers and multimodal discovery.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in website management, digital experience, or content architecture—ideally within B2B or tech environments.
  • Proven success managing web roadmaps and leading cross-functional web initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing developers and collaborating across design, content, and marketing.
  • Deep familiarity with modern web stacks (Next.js, headless CMS like Sanity, Figma, Storybook, GA4, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, LLM visibility strategies, digital content best practices, and performance-based UX.
  • Excellent communication and project/stakeholder management skills.
  • A growth mindset and a passion for testing, learning, and evolving alongside technology.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
