About You
You are a seasoned recruiter with 5+ years of experience delivering results in complex, fast-moving environments. You thrive on building strong, trust-based relationships with hiring managers while creating a white-glove candidate experience from first touch to offer.
You’ll be part of AppDirect’s Recruiting as a Service (RaaS) team: an exciting and growing business where our clients outsource their recruitment needs to us. We help partners across the globe scale quickly by finding the best talent in GTM, tech, and more. You’ll own the client relationship end-to-end, from intake to offer, and help shape a service that is transforming how our partners hire.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Have an Impact
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for client-facing RaaS searches — from intake to offer — across North America and Europe.
- Manage a steady req load of 10–12 roles spanning GTM, tech, and special projects within our partner ecosystem.
- Partner with hiring managers and clients as a trusted consultant, advising on hiring strategies, market insights, and candidate experience best practices.
- Deliver measurable results: meet and exceed KPIs for time-to-fill, quality of hire, and client satisfaction.
- Act as the bridge between our clients and AppDirect’s high-performing recruitment team, ensuring smooth delivery and repeat engagements.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in an agency, RPO, or high-growth tech environment.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, cross-functional searches while maintaining quality.
- Skilled at building credibility with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions through market data and performance metrics.
- Strong command of enterprise ATS workflows and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing techniques.
- University degree preferred.

- This is a hybrid position, requiring to work out of the Montreal office at least once a week
