Working side-by-side with cross-functional teams, you will shape products from conception to launch. You thrive at the intersection of technical execution and business strategy, bridging both worlds to unlock growth opportunities. With a bias for action, a knack for tackling complex problems, and the autonomy to drive meaningful outcomes, you will play a critical role in shaping our future.

As part of becoming the everything store for business customers, AppDirect recently expanded its capabilities with the acquisition of Firstbase, an end-to-end IT asset lifecycle services company that helps organizations seamlessly manage and support their distributed workforces. We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead multiple critical products and processes within the logistics domain, including orders and returns, with extensions into aspects of IT asset management. You will work closely with engineering, operations, design, and other stakeholders across Firstbase and AppDirect to deliver efficient, scalable, and customer-focused solutions that power our B2B customers and their employees.

What you will do and how you will have an impact

  • Own and drive the logistics product roadmap: Define and execute a vision for our logistics workflows, including orders and returns, to ensure they are efficient, scalable, and deliver a great user experience based internal and B2B customer insights.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery: Guide discovery, prioritization, and execution of new capabilities and enhancements that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with Operations leadership: Identify bottlenecks and co-own solutions that positively influence core Ops KPIs, aligning product improvements with measurable outcomes.
  • Support operational tooling initiatives: Work with teams managing warehouse management systems and other Ops tools to ensure they meet evolving business needs.
  • Make data-informed decisions: Leverage metrics, feedback, and operational insights to guide product priorities and validate impact.
  • Engage cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance and other internal teams to align priorities and ensure organizational readiness for launches.
  • Enhance the logistics journey: Deliver net-new capabilities that strengthen the B2B and B2B2C experience, incorporating elements of asset management where they intersect with logistics workflows.
  • Collaborate with external partners: Engage with logistics vendors as needed to support process improvements and technology integrations.

What we are looking for

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience with a track record of owning complex, high-impact workflows end-to-end
  • Proven success in logistics or related operational domains, with supply chain knowledge a plus
  • Experience in fast-paced SaaS or marketplace environments with the ability to ramp quickly
  • Strong technical fluency, comfortable reading API documentation, understanding data flows, and collaborating closely with engineers
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, leveraging analytics and feedback loops to inform priorities
  • Excellent collaboration skills and proven ability to partner with operations teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Customer experience mindset with a passion for improving user journeys while driving operational efficiency
  • Bonus: familiarity with warehouse management systems or other Ops tooling

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
