We are looking for a talented and driven Campaign Analyst to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will play a key role in optimizing advertising campaigns and improving overall performance. Your analytical skills, Python expertise, and experience in AdTech will be crucial in uncovering valuable data-driven insights that shape our advertising strategies.
This position requires strong analytical thinking, the ability to handle large datasets, and a data-driven mindset. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, making quick and strategic decisions to drive campaign success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Monitor and optimize key KPIs such as CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS, and LTV to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with media buyers and account managers to refine targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, audience segmentation, and bidding algorithms.
  • Collaborate with product and analytics teams to ensure accurate data tracking, attribution, and reporting.
  • Utilize SQL and Python to process large volumes of data and extract actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices in mobile marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Operate effectively in a high-pressure environment, managing multiple campaigns and meeting tight deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or campaign analytics (preferably in mobile apps).
  • Strong analytical background with hands-on experience in SQL and Python for data analysis.
  • Deep understanding of app marketing metrics (CPI, CPA, LTV, ROAS, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret and synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, making quick, data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights for stakeholders.
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher) is required.
