We are a fast-growing, innovation-driven ad tech company seeking a Head of Sales Operations to partner closely with our VP Sales to drive strategic planning, operational efficiency, and revenue effectiveness across our global sales teams. This is a high-impact leadership role with visibility across the business, ideal for someone who thrives in scaling environments and brings structure to complexity.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a strategic partner to the VP of Sales, helping to define and execute sales strategy, business unit planning, and performance management.
- Lead a high-performing Sales Operations function that supports revenue growth and drives operational excellence.
- Establish and manage a structured sales operating cadence, including collaboration with Finance on forecasting, P&L, pipeline reviews, and executive dashboard reporting.
- Drive accountability by developing robust frameworks for target setting, quota assignment, and sales compensation analysis.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations through deep analysis of KPIs, pipeline trends, conversion metrics, and sales activity data.
- Ensure CRM data integrity (HubSpot) and promote best practices across the sales organization to enhance accuracy and forecast reliability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Account Management to align on go-to-market execution and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with the VP of Sales on GTM planning, ICP and target list development, sales performance tracking, and reporting on key initiatives to business unit GMs.
- Represent the voice of the sales organization to executive leadership, proactively escalating risks and highlighting opportunities for scale and improvement.
- Stay closely connected to strategic deals, key accounts, and market dynamics to inform leadership with timely insights and context.
What You’ll Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, ideally within ad tech, SaaS, or high-growth B2B technology environments.
- 3+ years in a leadership or team management role within Sales Operations or Go-to-Market Strategy.
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot and related sales enablement tools.
- Demonstrated success in building scalable processes, implementing forecasting models, and driving cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills; adept at navigating between high-level business strategy and hands-on data analysis.
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or prior experience in management consulting is a plus.
