Position Summary
Arcesium seeks an exceptional Product Manager to join our Product team with a background in Fund and/or Investor Accounting. This role is part of building the next generation of Arcesium’s platform specifically focused on Fund and/or Investor Accounting. As part of the Product Management team, you will work closely with Engineering, Client & Partner Development, and the firm’s clients to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Drive the go-to-market for the next generation of our fund and investor accounting product, PerformA
- Distill the product vision into a concrete roadmap and specifications, working with all stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate vision
- Articulate and monitor the firmwide business case for the product, including the required investment and potential return
- Collaborate closely with engineering, including QA, to translate the product specification to design and product
- Manage the relationship with PerformA’s flagship customers, ensuring their continued success and happiness
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have minimum of 5 years of product management with experience bringing a new product to market a major plus
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, computer science, engineering, or related field is preferred
- This person will have experience building financial technology products with domain expertise in either hedge funds, private credit, private equity, and/or institutional asset management
- This person will have real world experience with fund and investor accounting, including familiarity with common fund structures and fee calculation methodologies
- While not a requirement, any prior experience with tax reporting or accounting is a bonus
- This person will have demonstrated expertise with the product lifecycle including requirements analysis, planning, design, delivery, and user feedback is a must

The expected annual base salary for this position is $220,000 - $270,000. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching.
The applicable annual base salary paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background.
