Position Description: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Marketing team on a temporary contract basis as a Marketing Operations Assistant. This role plays a key part in supporting our growing marketing initiatives and overall company development, ensuring seamless collaboration between marketing and other Arlo teams.

Responsibilities and/or Success Factors: 

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Coordination: 20%

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns to promote Arlo products and services in alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Data Management: 30%

  • Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer and prospect information.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights for marketing strategy improvement.

Content Support: 10%

  • Assist in the creation and editing of marketing collateral, including but not limited to, brochures, presentations, and website content.
  • Coordinate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging and brand guidelines are followed.

Event Support: 20%

  • Provide logistical support for marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
  • Coordinate event materials, logistics, and post-event follow-up activities.

Collaboration with Program Operations: 20%

  • Liaise with program operations teams to understand their marketing support needs and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Act as a bridge between marketing and program operations to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

 

Minimum Qualifications Including Certificates:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing operations or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with project management and reporting tools, like Monday.com
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Ability to self-direct on tactical execution when provided with strategic guidance
  • Familiarity with federal government, military, and/or government contracting.
