The Global Partnerships Operations Manager will work on the Global Revenue Operations team and is responsible for providing the worldwide Partnerships team (NA & EU) analytical  and strategic support. These responsibilities are delivered through close relationships with Partnerships and Revenue operations leadership, definition & refinement of the key partnership drivers, daily monitoring of pipeline health, as well as measuring the performance of the programs against established targets, and recommending actions to drive improved revenue performance. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying and resolving bottlenecks, improving performance tracking, and optimizing reporting on partnership revenue.

This position is hybrid (3 days per week in office) and is located in Austin, Texas.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop, implement, and manage operational processes and workflows for various global partner programs.
  • Ensure seamless integration and execution of partner program operations across Sales, Marketing, and Operations departments.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Partnership teams to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
  • Enhance performance tracking mechanisms for partner activities and optimize reporting on partnership revenue.
  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of partnership activities.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in partnership operations.
  • Serve as a Salesforce Partnership expert, providing support and recommendation for partnership operations processes improvement
  • Analyze Partnership performance metrics including reviewing dashboards and reports to assess the team's performance against targets.
  • Conduct brief meetings with Partnership team members or leaders to discuss goals, challenges, and any immediate issues they may be facing, helping align the team and address any concerns promptly
  • Maintain and update CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, accurate assignments, and tracking partnership activities
  • Analyze existing partnership processes to identify areas for improvement, including streamlining workflows, improving reporting methods, or implementing new tools or technologies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to prepare forecasts and strategic plans based on current performance and market trends.
  • Analyze partner data and generate reports to track key metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Work with finance and legal to optimize pricing strategies and agreements.
  • Seek to understand areas for productivity and performance efficiencies and push forward innovative and game-changing projects
  • Address any urgent issues that arise, such as discrepancies in performance data or operational bottlenecks.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on partnership operations initiatives.
  • Handle contract management and contract processes within Salesforce and Docusign, including designing and maintaining the contract lifecycle management and ensuring data integrity.
  • Work to set up and manage inbound and outbound lead sharing programs with external partners, driven by revenue share.
  • Automate revenue share reports and invoices for external partners, including process design and execution.

What are we looking for?

  • Business acumen is required - understanding the levers to pull to produce growth and associated risks  
  • Data management skills (cleaning, linking, analyzing, reporting)
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and administration, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and insights.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels  
  • Experience in managing projects and initiatives, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/GSheets skills are required
  • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate results and insights to management and directors
  • Able to effectively combine quantitative data and qualitative information to communicate the “so what” of a situation to drive action  
  • Passion for partnerships and interest in eCommerce
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to understand and deliver on business needs
  • Able to balance fun & positive working relationships with the need to have direct conversations around business performance  
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years’ experience.
  • Three or more (3+) years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with building reports and dashboards in Salesforce or other CRM
  • Experience with building reports and dashboards in Looker or other BI tool
  • Experience in the technology or e-commerce industry
  • Experience with SaaS and Partnerships business model
