Partner Development Specialist
Please Note: This is a remote position available in the state listed on this job. Additionally, employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.
Essential Job Duties
As a Partner Development Specialist, you'll play a vital role on the Marketplace Partner’s team, combining your relationship-building expertise and organizational skills to help drive the growth and success of our technology ecosystem.
You will:
- Drive lead and revenue growth by nurturing existing partner relationships and creating new partnerships.
- Identify and recruit new partners that align with our strategic goals and technology ecosystem.
- Foster relationships with current partners, ensuring alignment with our product and program strategy.
- Provide ongoing support to partners, addressing questions related to product functionality, integration processes, and best practices.
- Monitor partner performance metrics, ensure they have the right resources and information, and identify opportunities for improvement or additional support.
- Organize and curate the marketplace to ensure accurate information is presented and listings are current.
- Juggle communication across multiple partners with different topics and distribute the correct content to each.
- Collaborate with the Accounting team to calculate, prepare, and distribute lead and commission reports and invoices to Marketplace partners every quarter.
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to advocate for partner needs and opportunities, including launch tasks and workflow need
- Update marketing, product, and other training/reference and enablement material.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- You have 1+ years of experience in partner management, enablement, or development in the HRIS or SaaS space.
- You are a rockstar communicator! Juggling communication and details for 100+ companies is your kind of rodeo.
- You are self-driven to do great work and come up with innovative ideas.
- You have an open-minded, solution-oriented, and optimistic attitude. Basically, you Assume The Best!
- You are highly persistent, particularly when it comes to being persuasive, and you approach crucial conversations with confidence
- You have excellent organizational and analytical skills.

- You have light HTML experience and can help us set up tracking links.
- Familiarity with partner relationship management (PRM) tools and data-driven
decision-making is a plus. - Prior experience with SalesForce, or other CRM software.
