Please Note: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week. Additionally, employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.

As an AI Solutions Advocate, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption and effective use of AI technologies across the business. 

You will:

  • Track and understand the potential of emerging AI techniques and tools, in conjunction with our AI researchers and engineers.
  • Partner with our procurement team, stakeholders, technical staff, and vendors to consider and onboard new tools.
  • Develop AI use cases and requirements with stakeholders and business systems architects.
  • Evaluate commercial AI products for potential use, using pilots and prototypes to test the feasibility and ROI of new AI tools.
  • Track and report AI adoption, utilization, and performance.
  • Assess and tune business impact, with ongoing reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions.
  • Increase AI literacy in the organization through training, workshops, advocacy, and company messaging.
  • Organize and facilitate innovation workshops to make progress on new AI use cases.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • 3+ years of professional experience applying technology, data analytics, and AI to solve business problems.
  • Educational background: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field. Advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) in AI, Data Science, or related fields are a plus.
  • Technical understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services.
  • Adept with AI ethical implications and mitigating pitfalls and biases
  • Strong analytical and collaboration skills, including:
    • Clear communication (verbal and written)
    • Inquisitive and well-organized
    • Problem-solving
    • Adaptable and able to quickly learn new technologies and methodologies
    • Team player with a collaborative mindset
