AI Solutions Advocate
Please Note: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week. Additionally, employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.

As an AI Solutions Advocate, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption and effective use of AI technologies across the business.
You will:
- Track and understand the potential of emerging AI techniques and tools, in conjunction with our AI researchers and engineers.
- Partner with our procurement team, stakeholders, technical staff, and vendors to consider and onboard new tools.
- Develop AI use cases and requirements with stakeholders and business systems architects.
- Evaluate commercial AI products for potential use, using pilots and prototypes to test the feasibility and ROI of new AI tools.
- Track and report AI adoption, utilization, and performance.
- Assess and tune business impact, with ongoing reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions.
- Increase AI literacy in the organization through training, workshops, advocacy, and company messaging.
- Organize and facilitate innovation workshops to make progress on new AI use cases.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- 3+ years of professional experience applying technology, data analytics, and AI to solve business problems.
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field. Advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) in AI, Data Science, or related fields are a plus.
- Technical understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services.
- Adept with AI ethical implications and mitigating pitfalls and biases
- Strong analytical and collaboration skills, including:
- Clear communication (verbal and written)
- Inquisitive and well-organized
- Problem-solving
- Adaptable and able to quickly learn new technologies and methodologies
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
