At Presspage, we’re all about making work for Public Relations and Corporate Communications teams effective and efficient. That’s why we’ve developed a software platform that helps global brands like Bayer, BMW, Emirates, Achmea, Puma, and KLM better manage their corporate communications workflows and share their brand stories with the world.
We’re now looking for a proactive and creative Content & Event Marketing Lead to take ownership of our events, content, and community initiatives across German and English speaking markets.

We’re currently at around 35 employees split between Amsterdam and Chicago, and growing.
Presspage has worked with solid investors since the first growth phase. The product/market fit at Presspage is now resulting in 20% growth in revenue each year, and the exponential growth phase has now started after being acquired earlier this year by Banyan Software.

The Role:
As a Content & Event Marketing Lead, you’ll organize, host, and promote webinars, roundtables, and in-person events in both German and English. These experiences will build awareness, generate demand, and strengthen relationships with customers and the broader PR community. You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing and agency partners on content creation, SEO/AI-search strategy, and localization for the German market. You’ll also help develop user and customer marketing initiatives that grow an engaged community - one that shares insights, success stories, and advocacy.
You will:

Plan, coordinate, and host webinars, roundtables, and in-person events (DE/EN)

Manage event logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up

Develop new ideas, formats, and content for demand generation and community engagement

Collaborate with our agency on SEO/AI-search strategy, content creation, and localization

Own event and content performance optimization

Lead user and customer marketing efforts: develop engagement programs, spotlight customer stories, and foster community

Create and repurpose event-related content - from landing pages and campaigns to social posts and recaps

Design simple visuals (banners, slide decks, newsletters) using Canva, Figma, or similar tools

Track and report attendance, engagement, and conversion data to refine strategy

Experiment with new event and content formats to deepen reach and engagement
Required Skills, Experience and Educational Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in marketing, events, or content creation, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment

Near-native fluency in English and German (spoken and written)

Based in or eligible to work within the EU, ideally in Amsterdam

Proven ability to plan and execute online and offline events independently

Strong organizational and communication skills - you enjoy seeing plans come to life

Confident leading conversations and engaging audiences

Basic design and content creation experience (Canva, HubSpot, etc.)

Tech-savvy and comfortable with CMS, CRM, and other marketing tools

Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles

A self-starter mindset: motivated, collaborative, and proactive

Bonus: Experience in PR, communications, or journalism - you know how to tell stories that resonate
