Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end compliance projects across the business, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable project plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Risk, Engineering, Marketing).
• Manage timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and risks related to compliance and regulatory initiatives.
• Drive the implementation of changes required by licensing authorities (e.g., AGCO), including tracking policy updates and operational impacts.
• Ensure that new market entries and changes to existing products meet all relevant compliance obligations.
• Collaborate with internal compliance specialists to ensure projects support AML, Responsible Gaming, and broader regulatory frameworks.
• Draft documentation, maintain project status reports, and support audit and reporting efforts related to ongoing compliance programs.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement in compliance processes and project execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2+ years) managing compliance-related projects within the gambling/iGaming industry is essential.
• Strong understanding of gambling regulations, particularly in regulated markets such as Ontario or equivalent.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a focus on execution, accountability, and cross-functional alignment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
