About the Role:

We are seeking a Principal Partner Manager to build, launch, and scale revenue-driving partnerships with leading data warehouse providers (Snowflake, Databricks, and others). This high-impact role will focus on:

  • Developing and executing partnership strategies to drive joint GTM initiatives.
  • Building deep relationships with partner executives, sales, and technical teams.
  • Driving revenue growth by enabling co-selling, co-marketing, and product integrations.
  • The ideal candidate has experience in ISV partnerships, a strong understanding of the data ecosystem, and a track record of executing strategic alliances that generate revenue.

This role reports to our VP of Strategic and ISV Partnerships. 

What you'll do:

Partnership Strategy & Execution

  • Develop a strategic roadmap for partnerships with Snowflake, Databricks, and other data platforms.
  • Secure partner buy-in on joint GTM motions, sales enablement, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Build and execute joint value propositions that differentiate our offering within each partner’s ecosystem.

Partner Relationship Management

  • Establish executive and field-level relationships across sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, including revenue-sharing models, co-selling frameworks, and integration commitments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all aspects of the partnership, ensuring alignment and execution of key initiatives.

GTM & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and drive co-sell strategies, working closely with the partners’ sales teams to create pipeline and accelerate deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute joint campaigns, events, and content that increase partner-influenced revenue.
  • Track and report on partner-driven revenue, pipeline contribution, and success metrics.

Product & Integration Enablement

  • Work with product and engineering teams to define integration roadmaps that enhance our platform’s compatibility with Snowflake and Databricks.
  • Ensure our solutions are embedded in partner marketplaces and actively promoted by partner teams.
  • Develop partner training and enablement programs to educate their sales teams on our joint value.

What you'll need:

  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances in B2B SaaS, data, or cloud ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to build and scale revenue-generating partnerships with ISVs, cloud providers, or data platforms.
  • Deep understanding of data infrastructure, analytics, and data warehouse ecosystems (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, etc)
  • Strong GTM and co-selling experience—ability to engage and drive pipeline with partner sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive successful partnerships.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce, MarTech, or AI-driven personalization is a plus.

The on-target-earnings range for this position is $190,000-$240,000. The pay range actually offered will take into account a variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, geographic location, accomplishments, experience, credentials, internal equity and business needs, and may vary from the range listed above.
