Strategic AI Account Executive, Clarity

We are seeking a Strategic AI Account Executive to be our first commercial hire, driving Clarity’s go-to-market strategy and owning revenue growth. This is a high-impact, sales overlay role focused on building pipeline, engaging C-suite executives, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for Clarity by developing and executing a strategic plan to acquire and expand key accounts.
- Engage C-suite executives at both new and existing customers, positioning Clarity as a must-have AI solution.
- Own the sales motion, working cross-functionally with AEs, engineers, and customer success to drive adoption and revenue.
- Run the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Be a trusted advisor, delivering compelling business cases, product demonstrations, and tailored solutions to executive buyers.
- Ensure pipeline sufficiency by proactively identifying and converting opportunities through outbound efforts, trials, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Champion customer success, fostering strong relationships and leveraging insights to refine and enhance Clarity’s value proposition.
- Represent Clarity in market, engaging in webinars, events, and direct client interactions to build brand presence and drive demand.
Ideal Candidate
- 3-5 years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience in an overlay sales role, working cross-functionally with AEs to accelerate revenue growth.
- Proven success in selling to C-suite executives and navigating complex, high-value sales cycles.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, AI-driven technologies, or e-commerce solutions.
- Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with high autonomy.
