Bloomreach is seeking a Principal Field Marketer, APAC to accelerate our growth across one of the company’s highest-potential regions. This is a senior, highly strategic role that leads the end-to-end go-to-market motion for APAC, shaping how we engage prospects, customers, and partners in a diverse and rapidly evolving market.
As the most senior field marketer in the region, you will:
- Own the regional marketing strategy across all APAC markets and industries
- Serve as the primary marketing partner to regional Sales, Partnerships, and leadership
- Directly influence pipeline creation, revenue acceleration, and market expansion
- Lead the full funnel strategy across events, ABM, digital integration, partner activation, and customer advocacy
- Represent APAC needs in global planning, ensuring our strategy reflects regional nuance and opportunity

- You’re an experienced senior marketer who has operated across complex, multi-country APAC environments and understands the nuances required to win in the region.
- You thrive in strategic ownership roles and are trusted by Sales leadership as a true business partner.
- You’re skilled at designing high-impact, region-wide initiatives that unify partners, customers, and prospects.
- You know how to translate market understanding into measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- You want to help define how Bloomreach grows in APAC—and are energized by the autonomy to architect that journey.
- You enjoy working in a fast-moving, high-growth SaaS organization where innovation, agility, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.
- Experience with ecommerce, personalization, and AI is a strong advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and own the multi-market APAC marketing strategy, aligning closely with regional and global leadership to drive business results across all Bloomreach product lines.
- Partner directly with Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success leadership to translate commercial objectives into actionable regional demand plans.
- Act as a strategic advisor on APAC market dynamics—informing global planning, messaging prioritization, and budget allocation.
Pipeline & Revenue Impact:
- Be accountable for pipeline creation and acceleration across the APAC region, using a data-driven approach to influence revenue outcomes.
- Lead rigorous analysis of marketing performance, funnel conversion metrics, and regional opportunities, identifying where to double down or pivot.
Campaign & Program Ownership:
- Design and oversee integrated, region-specific programs—including marquee events, executive roundtables, workshops, ABM plays, digital activation, partner co-marketing, and customer advocacy campaigns.
- Ensure all initiatives are built with regional nuance, measurable outcomes, and strong alignment to commercial priorities.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Enablement:
- Orchestrate collaboration across Events, Digital, Brand, and Partnerships teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact APAC programs.
- Provide strategic guidance to internal teams to ensure global messaging, content, and campaigns land effectively in APAC markets.
Regional Insight & Market Development:
- Serve as Bloomreach’s internal expert on the APAC marketing landscape, competitive trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Advocate for the region’s needs and opportunities across the organization, ensuring APAC is represented in global roadmaps and investment decisions.

- Exceptional communicator with the ability to work across cultures and levels
- Able to balance long-term vision with hands-on execution where needed
- Strong project and program management skills
- Deep understanding of APAC’s business, cultural, and marketing complexities
- Experience working in B2B SaaS and/or marketing technology strongly preferred
- Familiarity with AI, HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, or similar systems is a plus

- You’ll join the EMEA + APAC Demand Generation team within Bloomreach Marketing.
- We are responsible for building Bloomreach’s pipeline and brand presence across our global markets. You will work alongside a diverse group of digital, field, and event marketers, and report to the VP of EMEA & APAC Demand Generation. This team values strategic thinking, collaboration, and ambitious execution.
