WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead a team of experienced mobile engineers in Redwood City
- Collaborate with leaders across teams to scale mobile development at Box
- Organize stand ups, sprint planning, technical discussions and work for the team
- Guide the professional growth of engineers, providing relevant and timely career guidance, coaching and feedback
- Define teams' objectives and key results and ensure it aligns with Box's business goals
- Define teams' roadmap, execution plans and take ownership of delivery
- Drive engineering excellence through measuring and honing quality and identifying opportunities to increase developer productivity
- Align, coach and inspire team members to excel on Box values
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 6+ years of experience leading engineering teams
- You have 10+ years of technical experience, including 5+ years building mobile applications
- You are experienced in leading strategic technical direction for your domain, and building alignment across functions and teams
- You have a people-oriented leadership style
- You are passionate about all things mobile and enjoy raising the bar
- And may have experience managing other managers

$231,000 - $288,500 USD
