WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager to support Release Management within the GTM PMO organization. You will partner closely with stakeholders across Product Marketing, Product Management, Technical Program Management, and operational functions (Technical Publications, Security, Product Legal and more) to drive our go-to-market activities to ensure on-time delivery of product launches. Candidates should bring a passion for how technology is changing the way we work and have some experience managing these kinds of programs. If you’re interested in this role, you should enjoy and have experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, building strong cross-functional relationships, synthesizing complex technical and operational considerations into tangible business requirements, and effectively communicating across all levels of an organization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage the end-to-end release management process, from the product release to production to the planning of GTM activities to ensure successful marketing launch

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including product management, go-to-market teams, product operations, product marketing to understand tasks and deliverables that are essential for launch and drive delivery of those tasks and deliverables

Partner closely with operational teams (legal, technical accounting, go-to-market ops) to identify and resolve complex, cross-functional operational issues, often unique to each project

Facilitate conversations and drive consensus for complex, ambiguous problems with diverse, sometimes conflicting viewpoints

Partner deeply with product marketing to develop and execute quarterly marketing plans, launch tiering, and key product launches

Partner closely with product management to drive product release activities to support a successful deployment to production

Create and maintain a single source of truth that cross-functional stakeholders can use to keep track of product release timing, status, and details

5+ years of program and project management experience

Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Experience working with Google Sheets or related project management tools

Proven ability to excel in the face of ambiguity and responding to changing needs or shifting priorities while minimizing project impact

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to work well within time constraints to meet critical business needs
