It’s the billions of files and information flowing across teams, departments, and key business processes every single day: contracts, invoices, employee records, financials, product specs, marketing assets, and more. Our mission is to bring intelligence to the world of content management and empower our customers to completely transform workflows across their organizations. With the combination of AI and enterprise content, the opportunity has never been greater to transform how the world works together – and at Box you will be on the front lines of this massive shift.
WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
Shuttle is Box’s enterprise migration solution. Its mission is to help organizations securely and efficiently move their content from legacy systems and third-party storage providers into Box. For many customers, smooth migration is the first and most critical step in unlocking the full value of Box’s platform.
As a Product Manager II on the Shuttle team, you will drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how we scale and evolve Shuttle. You will partner with engineering, consulting, and platform teams to ensure Shuttle continues to deliver seamless, reliable, and high-fidelity migrations for some of the world’s largest enterprises. Your work will directly impact customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction, making Shuttle a key enabler of Box’s long-term growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
-
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Shuttle, aligning migration capabilities with Box’s broader business and platform objectives.
-
Partner with engineering leads across the US and Poland to prioritize initiatives, manage trade-offs, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
-
Collaborate closely with Box Consulting and customer-facing teams to understand real-world migration needs and translate them into product requirements.
-
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch, adoption, and iteration.
-
Establish and track KPIs for Shuttle, ensuring migrations are reliable, performant, and preserve content fidelity (files, metadata, permissions).
-
Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for usability, scalability, and efficiency in every product decision.
-
Balance short-term delivery against long-term investments, such as re-architecting legacy components or enabling public API integrations.
WHO YOU ARE
-
You have 3–6 years of product management experience, preferably with infrastructure, SaaS, or enterprise B2B products.
-
You thrive in technical domains and can engage deeply with engineers on distributed systems, integrations, and migration workflows.
-
You are passionate about solving customer problems and can translate complex needs into clear, actionable requirements.
-
You are data-driven, comfortable with defining KPIs and using metrics to guide prioritization and measure success.
-
You have strong communication and collaboration skills, and you build trust with stakeholders across engineering, consulting, and product.
-
Experience in content management, enterprise migrations, or large-scale SaaS platforms is a plus.
-
Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), APIs, or CI/CD tooling is also beneficial.
