Senior Technical Accountant

We’re hiring a Senior Technical Accountant, Consolidation to help drive our month‑end close, strengthen SOX compliance, and partner cross‑functionally to scale our processes as we grow.
You’ll report to our Senior Consolidation Manager within Controllership and work closely with International Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Shared Services, FP&A, and ERP Systems. WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead components of the global month‑end close, partnering across teams to deliver timely, accurate consolidated results.

Review intercompany transactions and prepare reconciliations for monthly global settlements across 13+ entities.

Prepare consolidation elimination entries and ensure integrity of results across multiple systems.

Analyze foreign currency gains/losses, collaborate with Treasury and International Controllers on cash positioning, and help identify ways to mitigate FX exposure.

Own key SOX controls related to financial close, NetSuite access, and Chart of Accounts (COA) updates.

Conduct technical research on foreign currency and hedging accounting; translate guidance into practical processes.

Drive automation and process improvements; contribute to ad hoc projects including M&A integration and systems enhancements.

Provide NetSuite training and guidance to Finance teams to elevate consistency and adoption.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.

3–5 years of relevant experience in multinational, high‑tech, or publicly traded companies; CPA firm background a plus.

Hands‑on month‑end close experience, including intercompany, eliminations, FX impacts, and consolidation across multiple systems/entities.

Proficient with ERP systems; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of US GAAP and SOX; able to own and improve controls with attention to detail.

Collaborative teammate with excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting monthly insights for leadership review.

Systems‑savvy and curious—interested in automation, scalable processes, and learning new tools.

Organized, analytical, and proactive with a bias for action and a “no task is beneath me” mindset.
