In This Role
You will play a key part in supporting financial planning and forecasting for a high-visibility digital subscription service in the interactive entertainment industry. This role focuses on consolidating financial data, conducting performance analysis, and working closely with stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions. Your work will directly contribute to shaping business strategies and ensuring accurate forecasting in a rapidly evolving, customer-driven space. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with storytelling skills to present insights that influence executive decision-making.
Responsibilities

Conduct monthly and quarterly forecast consolidations, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all inputs.

Perform detailed variance analysis and communicate key performance drivers to business stakeholders.

Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data inputs, validate assumptions, and maintain forecasting models.

Translate complex financial data into executive-ready narratives and actionable insights.

Support ongoing improvements in forecasting methodology, reporting tools, and process optimization.

Prepare presentation materials for business reviews, stakeholder meetings, and executive briefings.

Maintain strong relationships with internal teams to align business strategies with financial planning.
Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.

Proven expertise in advanced Excel modeling, including working with large datasets and building dynamic forecasting tools.

Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate financial data into business insights.

Demonstrated experience partnering with business stakeholders to align on key metrics and outcomes.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting subscription-based or digital services in consumer, media, or gaming sectors.

Familiarity with forecasting tools, BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including experience preparing reports and dashboards for leadership.

Background in storytelling financial insights to non-financial audiences.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $28.85 USD/hourly. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
