Senior Power Platform Developer – Reporting & Automation

In This Role
In this role, you will serve as the technical and analytical lead responsible for designing automated solutions, developing reporting capabilities, and optimizing internal service delivery functions. You will collaborate with service delivery teams to build low-code/no-code applications, streamline workflows, and provide actionable insights through dashboards and reporting tools. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solution building, systems integration, and enabling internal stakeholders through technology-driven innovation.
Key Responsibilities

Develop Automation Solutions: Design and implement low-code/no-code workflows using platforms such as Power Platform and Power Automate to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.

Reporting & Dashboards: Build interactive reports, dashboards, and visual analytics using Power BI to provide real-time visibility into service performance, key metrics, and operational outcomes.

Systems Integration: Integrate tools, platforms, and internal services using APIs, automation scripts, and cloud-based solutions to support seamless data flow and scalability.

Technical Documentation: Create and maintain Technical Requirement Documents (TRDs), process documentation, and solution architecture diagrams for internal review and adoption.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with service delivery managers, program leaders, and engineering teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and enhance existing workflows.

Support & Optimization: Monitor solution performance, provide support for enhancements, and continuously improve tools based on business feedback and evolving requirements.
Required Qualifications
Experience:

Minimum 8 years of experience developing low-code/no-code automation solutions.

Minimum 5 years in systems architecture, systems design, or integration projects.

Minimum 3 years working with process documentation, business systems analysis, or solution envisioning frameworks.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Technical Skills
-
Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), scripting tools, and cloud automation technologies.

Experience developing dashboards in Power BI with an understanding of data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.

Strong understanding of system integration patterns and API-driven architectures.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Execution: Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions independently and managing project timelines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of customer success delivery models or enterprise service operations.

Experience integrating cloud services (such as Azure-based tools, REST APIs, or microservices).

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Service Management tools.

Experience using Azure DevOps or similar platforms to manage solution deployment and governance.

Strong skills in data visualization, technical writing, and process mapping.

Exposure to AI-driven automation, intelligent workflow orchestration, or advanced analytics capabilities.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $90,000 - $100,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
