In This Role
As a key contributor on the cloud solutions team, you will lead flight programs including pilots and private previews. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, manage schedules, and provide technical and analytical insights to support program delivery. This role combines technical expertise with project management and reporting responsibilities, offering the chance to work in a dynamic, startup-like environment with opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities

Lead flight programs including pilots and private previews, ensuring programs are completed on schedule and within budget.

Interface with clients and internal stakeholders on technical and project-related matters from initiation through delivery.

Develop functional specifications, requirements, and project scope documents to guide implementation decisions.

Prepare and deliver project schedules, status reports, and pilot reports.

Coordinate cross-functional activities, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

Support decision-making with technical and analytical insights.

Manage and oversee project tasks, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes to leadership.

Participate in meetings, reporting, and coordination, balancing approximately one-third of time on each activity.
Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in release management and using tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO).

3–4 years of experience creating reports, including status reports, pilot reports, and data management.

3–4 years of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams).

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Strong debugging skills, attention to detail, and tech-savviness.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn and grow.

Experience in cross-group collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in cloud and AI-related projects.

Prior experience in startup or high-growth team environments.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $99,000 - $109,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
