Senior Account Manager

The Position:
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to be the liaison between the client and the internal agency team to ensure the client’s needs and goals are being met on every project. You would be responsible for getting the client the best possible work but at a profitable return for the agency. You would develop a thorough knowledge of the client’s business, the consumer and the marketplace.
The Responsibilities:
Includes, but not limited to the following:
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Develop advertising, marketing objectives, strategies and tactics.
- Prepare and present strategies, media plans, and creative concepts at client meetings.
- Keep in contact with clients throughout all stages of the campaign.
- Formulate plans to extend new business with established accounts.
- Supervise strategic development and implementation of client programs.
- Responsible for final out-the-door billing.
- Initiate new projects for clients.
- Work closely with the project manager on all projects.
- Create case studies for past campaigns.
- Monitor client satisfaction.
- Represent agency at tradeshows.
- Write SOW for existing clients.
- Prep for existing and new client pitches.
- Lead project kick-offs.
- Educate clients regarding the timing required for execution and stay informed on progress through the project manager.
- Consult with the Creative Director on creative output.
- Lead weekly calls between client and agency.
The Essentials:
- 5+ years experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Advertising Agency experience is a must.
- Digital experience is a must.
