Who You Are

This individual is a key contributor on the Commercial Analytics & Operations team, responsible for critical analytics workstreams that inform acoramidis launch execution and strategic planning. The primary focus is the ATTR-CM market, but responsibilities will include commercial analytic needs across the BridgeBio portfolio. This individual will report to the Director, Commercial Analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Use business analytics to provide acoramidis performance and ATTR-CM market insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Monitor ATTR-CM market dynamics, acoramidis performance and BBIO commercial effort to proactively inform the commercial organization regarding the strategic implications of emerging trends
  • Manage the evolution of automated performance reporting dashboards across launched brands
  • Manage acoramidis monthly performance reporting
  • Develop and maintain analytic tools (ex. PowerBI) for the Commercial Analytics organization to help efficiently address ad hoc market questions
  • Use primary and secondary data sources to answer critical business questions that shape acoramidis launch strategy and tactical execution
  • Measure the impact (ROI) of key commercial tactics, lead efforts to optimize impact of key initiatives
  • Assist/Lead efforts for marketing mix optimization, HCP/Patient segmentation

Education, Experience & Skills Requirements

  • BA or BS; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 5-10+ years' experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry
  • At least four years in Commercial or Business Analytics or Operations (Manager or above)
  • Specialty product launch experience in the US; rare disease therapeutic launch highly preferred
  • High analytical capability with a history of leveraging data and analytical techniques to optimize business decisions
  • in third party claims and subnational Rx data sets; experience with patient HUB and Specialty Pharmacy data preferred
  • Experience in designing/managing/implementing business intelligence reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Experience with SQL preferred – you are expected to power your analytics with custom data extracted independently and efficiently from our warehouse
  • Knowledgeable about digital marketing KPIs
  • Skilled at clearly communicating the insight as well as the implications and recommendations distilled from the analysis
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, dynamic, and evolving small company environment
  • Experience in promotional effectiveness/ROI/marketing mix approaches and/or sales force analytics and operations preferred
  • Strong project management skills—the ability to plan, organize and execute multiple projects efficiently, on time, and within budget
  • Intellectually curious, seeks and evaluates innovative approaches
  • Ability to lead by example, build partnerships and cross-functional collaborations with open communication, constructive feedback, and organizational flexibility
  • This role is based at BridgeBio’s San Francisco office, with the requirement to be on site at least three days per week

At BridgeBio, we strive to provide a market-competitive total rewards package, including base pay, an annual performance bonus, company equity, and generous health benefits. Below is the anticipated salary range for candidates for this role who will work in California. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience within the industry, educational background, location of residence and performance during the interview process. BridgeBio is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions based in other states.

$170,000 - $235,000 USD
