Team Assistant (12 month FTC)

Opportunity 

The Team Assistant will provide vital support to colleagues across client account teams and internal operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting both internal processes and client-facing activities. This opportunity is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role

As a Team Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Organising diaries, scheduling meetings, and helping to manage inboxes.
  • Preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinating travel and logistics when required.
  • Helping plan and support team events, dinners, and client hospitality activities.
  • Processing expenses and timesheets promptly.
  • Provide support and coverage to the Global Support Manager and Team EA as needed.
  • Supporting administrative tasks in Dynamics (e.g. account setup, liaising with Finance on invoicing).
  • Organising client calls and meetings (UK and international).
  • Assisting with the creation and formatting of client-facing materials in line with branding guidelines.
  • Acting as a helpful point of contact for client liaison by phone and email.
  • Maintaining databases, records, and sector materials.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues, including rota-based office presence and early-start support.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or team support role, ideally within a professional or corporate environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, reliable, and adaptable approach, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • A positive team player who can also work independently.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and enthusiasm to learn and grow.
