Structured Products, Analyst
Job Purpose:
BTIG seeks a junior analyst to join the Structured Products team in the New York office. This role provides strong foundational skills to grow and develop within the Structured Products team overtime. The ideal candidate is motivated to perform and naturally inquisitive. A strong attention to detail and affinity for numbers is required, along with a collaborative mindset.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain database of bid lists organized by date and product, including adding and tracking information for salespeople
- Book trade tickets and monitor trading books throughout the day to ensure accurate and compliant reporting
- Pull requested data from Bloomberg and other databases such as pricing information, market data, trade history, bond specific details, etc.
- Assist in administrative duties such as account openings, expense reports, and travel itineraries through Navan
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Recent graduate from a top university
- Strong work ethic, resourcefulness, and the ability to think critically
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Personable and professional demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
- Series 7 and 63 licenses will be required

Compensation:
- BTIG offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. Salary range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, years of applicable experience, skills, qualifications, licensure and certifications, and other business and organization needs.
- The current estimated base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year. Please note that certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as discretionary bonus or overtime.
