Job Intro

Join our dynamic team as a Content Marketing Specialist at Cake Vietnam, where your expertise in content creation will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the Vietnamese market. You’ll focus on developing high-quality Vietnamese content across three main areas: SEO, performance, product, and branded content. Your role will also involve collaborating closely with the Taiwan HQ to localize product and marketing strategies for the Vietnam market.

This role offers a unique opportunity to sharpen your expertise in content strategy, elevating your skills to the next professional level. In addition to honing your content skills, you'll gain hands-on experience in cross-regional brand marketing and performance & product marketing, working on impactful projects. Responsibilities

  • Craft compelling Vietnamese content across various formats, including SEO-optimized articles, performance and product copy (such as UI and omni-channel campaign content), and branded content like B2B playbooks, company interviews, and customer testimonials that enhance brand value and thought leadership.

  • Localize ad and product marketing content in collaboration with headquarters, ensuring a consistent narrative for the Vietnam market. Optimize ad copies on Google, Meta, and other platforms to boost engagement and conversions.

  • Lead localized upper-funnel marketing strategies, focusing on increasing traffic, brand clicks, and new user registrations through content-driven campaigns that resonate with the Vietnamese audience.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in Vietnam (Recruitment Consulting Service, Business Development) and regional teams (TW HQ, ID, and other general ENG markets) and ensure seamless alignment in marketing strategies that support both toB and toC objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience developing and implementing content marketing strategies aligning with business objectives, focusing on both B2B and B2C audiences.

  • Hands-on experience with SEO marketing tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz, and should be adept at using these tools to drive organic traffic, optimize content, and improve search engine rankings.

  • Strong ability to craft persuasive copy across various formats and lengths, including performance & product content, branded content, and long-form articles, with a focus on clarity and audience engagement.

  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Familiarity with MarTech or SaaS solutions in Vietnam.
  • Knowledge or experience in other marketing fields, e.g. performance marketing, campaign marketing…etc.
  • Graphic Design Skills.
