About the Role

Join our dynamic global IT team as an Infrastructure Analyst, where you'll be the first line of defense for end-user support, a trusted expert on local infrastructure, and a key player in maintaining the technology that powers our business. In this hands-on role, you'll tackle a wide range of technical challenges, from diagnosing and resolving issues to implementing and maintaining hardware, software, and network systems across our global infrastructure. Salary Range:

  • $75,000 - 86,000

 

How You Will Make an Impact

 

  • Provide support for office infrastructure systems and applications (including conference room systems, MDM, security systems/cameras, and printers).
  • Provide end-user support and coordinate with local vendors as needed.
  • Administration and configuration of enterprise SAAS applications used for IT service management and business enablement (such as Project Management, Customer Experience and Marketing.)
  • Assist in managing local and cloud-based servers and storage, including email, print, and backup systems, and their associated operating systems and software.
  • Help manage and troubleshoot hybrid network environments, ensuring seamless integration between on-premises and cloud infrastructures.
  • Monitor and optimize LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless infrastructure performance, ensuring compliance with security standards.
  • Assist in documenting and developing knowledge of the company's existing IT architecture/infrastructure and technology portfolio.
  • Support research efforts on products, services, and emerging technologies to aid infrastructure development.
  • Assist in developing and executing test plans to check infrastructure and systems technical performance, and report findings.
  • Assist in the design and review of new systems, applications, and hardware; participate in capacity planning as needed.
  • Help with, recommend and schedule security improvements and upgrades.
  • Assist in compiling and maintaining the inventory of company software and hardware assets, while tracking their corresponding licenses.
  • Follow change management requirements for deploying new or improved technologies, standards, practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in annual disaster recovery tests and document results.
  • Promote a positive working environment and effective teamwork in line with the company's values, behaviors, and culture.
  • Contribute to the company's success by assisting in other projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Follow internal controls and company policy as set by the company and job function.
  • Work collaboratively with the leadership team and support a culture of continuous process improvement.

 

 

What You Bring to the Table:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience working in an end-user-facing environment as either a direct support representative (L1) or point of escalation (L2 or L3)
  • Certifications or training related to Microsoft, ITIL, or CompTIA.
  • 3-5 years of related work experience.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and supporting a userbase of 50 employees or more.
  • Experience administering enterprise SAAS platforms such as Asana, Jira, Power BI, Slack, ServiceNow, Workday, Zendesk, SharePoint.
  • Experience in systems and user access administration. Managing user roles, access requests, and emergency transports in accordance with internal security policies
  • Basic technical knowledge of networking hardware, software, and protocols, PC and Mac, and platform operating systems (knowledge of Linux is a plus).
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge and experience in areas such as Azure, Office365, Windows Server, Exchange, Meraki platform, network protocols, LAN, WAN, VPN, firewall management, and Active Directory.
  • Basic knowledge of enterprise deployment/management technologies such as Intune, SCCM, MDT, WSUS, Group Policy Object and JAMF.
  • Basic automation programming skills (PowerShell, VBScript, Bash).
