Job Description
- Content & Storefront: Create listings, upload A+ Content, and manage Storefronts.
- Promotion Execution: Plan and execute marketing events (BAU and peak seasons); manage price changes and ensure full compliance with Amazon promotion policies.
- Inventory & Logistics: Coordinate with Demand Planning team, create shipments and provide real-time tracking for all shipments.
- Localized Events: Coordinate with designers, identify regional holidays and request culturally-tailored creatives.
- Data Analysis: Conduct monthly reviews on product and storefront performance; maintain accurate logs of all operational data.
Requirement
- 2+ years in Amazon operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Business, or Operations.
- Excellent written English and Chinese.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) to analyze large datasets and track performance trends.
- Experience in using Airtable (or similar databases) is preferred.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude.
