About the team/role

As an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in steering high-growth teams toward their objectives. Passionate about technology and efficiency, you will independently determine methods and procedures for new assignments, functioning as both a facilitator and a team lead. You excel in translating business requirements into insightful solutions, process improvements, and automation. Your personality combines the curiosity of a detective with the precision of an analyst, and you possess strong business acumen. Being detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and having a penchant for analytical thinking are critical assets in this role.

What you’ll do

  • Play a critical role as a bridge between revenue stakeholders and revenue systems teams to support efficiency and scalable solutions.
  • Scope and prioritize technical builds in support of project goals.
  • Support and enhance the Salesforce builds with a focus on user experience and adoption.
  • Lead project/program management, including project plans, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
  • Encourage the adoption of new functionalities by working closely with Revenue Enablement to deploy training and documentation.
  • Communicate and document new features, enhancements, and changes.
  • Develop recommendations and provide insights based on analytical findings.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for revenue stakeholders to plan, develop, test and launch efficiency programs.
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize workload across multiple Salesforce project initiatives.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in a BSA or technical role.
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users.
  • Expertise in Quality Assurance testing, including functional, integration, system, regression, and data-driven testing.
  • Exposure and experience with LeanData, Marketo, Salesforce CPQ, and Outreach.
  • Practical experience in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience in PLG or consumption revenue is a plus
  • Experience in managing data migration plans and data migration mapping is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. If this role is remote, we have listed the top to the bottom of the possible range, but we will specify the target range for an exact location when you are selected for a recruiting discussion. The salary range for this role is $151,000 - $178,000 in San Francisco, CA.
