What you'll do

We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to drive critical insights that inform strategy and operations across Clara. You’ll play a central role in delivering accurate, accessible data products that empower our teams to make data-driven decisions. Your day-to-day will include building dashboards, analyzing trends, and working closely with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data reliability and usability. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the company.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing reports and dashboards to support decision-making across functions

  • Conducting deep data analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities

  • Ensuring data quality in collaboration with the data engineering and data science teams

  • Automating recurring reports to improve efficiency and scalability

  • Contributing to a culture of data excellence across the company

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Must haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields

  • At least 4 years of experience in data analysis and insight extraction

  • Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases

  • Solid grasp of descriptive statistics and exploratory data analysis

  • Strategic thinking and a goal-oriented mindset

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools

  • Working proficiency in English and Spanish

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility, especially given the financial nature of Clara’s business

Nice to haves

  • Experience with Databricks

  • Practical knowledge of ETL or ELT processes

  • Passion for maintaining data integrity and quality

  • Creativity and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

  • Interest in or experience with AI tools to automate workflows

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.

We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
