Job Overview:

The Strategic Program Manager will be the central orchestrator for one of our most critical strategic partnerships. This role is responsible for driving the program's success by ensuring operational excellence, delivering data-driven insights, and masterfully managing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will be pivotal in steering the partnership to exceed its shared commercial, strategic, and impact goals, ensuring both our partner and our company achieve mutual success.

Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Serve as the central point of contact and lead orchestrator for a key strategic partner, building deep, trust-based relationships and developing a comprehensive understanding of their business, goals, and needs. Establish and manage the partnership's governance and operating cadence (e.g., QBRs, weekly syncs).
  • Data-Driven Strategy & Insights: Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for both the partner and internal teams. Develop and deliver regular performance reports and business reviews that clearly articulate progress against KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and guide future strategy.
  • Operational Rigor & Execution: Design and implement the operational framework for the partnership, defining clear processes, establishing success metrics (KPIs), tracking progress against roadmaps, and proactively managing risks to ensure seamless execution and delivery on commitments.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with and align key internal teams—including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, Finance, and Legal—to ensure the partnership's initiatives are prioritized, well-supported, and effectively executed to drive mutual value.
  • Strategic Growth & Commercial Success: Proactively identify and develop opportunities for expansion and optimization within the partnership, such as new commercial models, product integrations, or collaborative initiatives that drive revenue growth and deepen strategic alignment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, management consulting, strategic planning, or partner/account management, ideally within the technology or edtech sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and external partners without direct authority, navigating complex organizational structures to achieve shared objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to identify trends, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to a variety of audiences, including senior executives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building and scaling operational processes in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Exceptional project and program management skills; ability to manage complex, multi-threaded initiatives with a keen eye for detail and a focus on results.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Google Looker) to formulate compelling business recommendations.
  • A passion for our mission and a deep-seated drive to create value and impact through strategic collaboration.
