Future Foods is defining the future of Virtual Restaurants and helping small businesses grow their profits. We are hiring a Head of Business Operations focused on growing our business - key responsibilities include ownership of performance marketing and new verticals to build the future of our business model.
About the Role
The Business Operations Manager will play a key role in accelerating the growth of our Future Foods vertical: the next generation of virtual brands and restaurant concepts tailored for the delivery-first economy. You will be responsible for driving performance marketing strategy, building and launching new programs, and optimizing operations through experimentation, automation, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll be at the center of how we build and scale new verticals, working closely with Growth, Strategy, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
What You’ll Do
- Performance Marketing: Design and execute segmented digital marketing strategies across paid platforms to drive efficient, scalable growth. Own the ads budget and monthly forecasting process.
- Experimentation: Lead structured testing frameworks to drive continuous learning and strategic evolution. Develop, analyze, and act on key KPIs for new initiatives.
- Strategic Projects: Manage end-to-end execution of high-impact projects and new business verticals. Build project plans, define KPIs, and drive outcomes.
- Commercial Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and onboard restaurant operators to test and expand new Future Foods concepts and partnerships.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze operational and marketing performance data to identify trends, measure impact, and inform strategy.
- Scaled Tooling & Automation: Build scalable workflows, automation tools, and dashboards to streamline operations and increase leverage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Strategy, Marketing, and Sales teams to align roadmaps and drive unified business impact.
- Operational Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to scale execution while improving unit economics.
- P&L Management: Operate within set budgets and contribute to the optimization of financial performance for Future Foods initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant Work Experience: 10-15 years of experience in business operations, performance marketing, strategy, or similar functions.
- Domain Experience: 7-10 years in growth marketing, food tech, or startup environments. Experience in early-stage ventures and the food industry is a strong plus.
- Qualifications:
- Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Operational acumen and comfort running a P&L
- Experience with process design and cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with marketing attribution, paid acquisition channels, and testing frameworks
- Bonus: Proficiency in SQL, Looker, or Python for data analysis and automation
