Are you passionate about AI's potential and skilled in building influential industry analyst relationships? Dataiku is seeking an experienced Head of Analyst Relations. In this pivotal role, you will elevate our Analyst Relations function, enhancing Dataiku’s visibility and reputation within the analyst community and global marketplace.

This is a new role, offering the opportunity to put your imprint on the structure and long-term sustainability and effectiveness of the program. 

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leading industry analysts from firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and others to enhance Dataiku’s influence in the enterprise AI market.

  • Guide Executives: Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing insights and recommendations for analyst engagements.

  • Develop analyst relations strategies that align with Dataiku’s business objectives and adapt to the fast-moving AI landscape.

  • Drive Dataiku’s participation in key industry research initiatives, ensuring our innovations and success stories are effectively communicated and recognized.

  • Organize engaging Analyst Events: analyst summits, advisory sessions, and other engagement activities that bring together analysts, customers, and Dataiku teams.

  • Support Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales enablement teams to create compelling materials and training resources informed by analyst feedback and insights.

  • Enable marketing alignment: Partner with campaigns, content teams, and Product Marketing to produce impactful AR-related content.

  • Develop and nurture new spokespeople within Dataiku to effectively communicate our value proposition and industry leadership.

  • Bridge Knowledge Gaps: Facilitate knowledge sharing between analysts and internal teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Monitor Market Trends: Track industry trends and analyst research to identify opportunities for strengthening our market position.

  • Maintain High Standards: Ensure all AR activities are executed flawlessly and align with Dataiku’s strategic goals.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

  • Extensive AR Experience: 10-15+ years in a high-tech Analyst Relations role within AI, Data, and analytics industries.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in contributing to Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, IDC MarketScape reports, and others.

  • Executive Engagement Experience: Ability to work directly with C-suite leaders, providing expert guidance and strategic recommendations.

  • Agency Partnership Experience: Experience collaborating with or managing an Analyst Relations agency to enhance internal AR capabilities.

  • Relationship Building Excellence: Ability to cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with leading industry analysts from top firms.

  • Exceptional Communication: Excel in public speaking and presentations, with the ability to engage effectively with senior analysts and internal teams.

  • Project Management Expertise: Ability to manage multiple high-detail, deadline-sensitive projects simultaneously.

  • Adaptability and Agility: Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment, navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities effectively.

  • Driven and Proactive Attitude: Demonstrates a strong bias for action, taking initiative to drive projects forward and proactively seeking opportunities to enhance Dataiku’s market position.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for analyst conferences, regular meetings in our New York and Paris offices, and AR community events.

Compensation and Benefits

The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive compensation program. 

Dataiku also offers comprehensive benefits, including stock options, medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, pre-tax commuter benefits, a 401k company match, paid vacations and sick leave, paid parental leave, employer paid disability coverage, and additional health and wellbeing perks and benefits. US only national base pay ranges

$225,000 - $250,000 USD
