Campaign Operations Associate
About Us
We’re hiring a Campaign Operations Associate to help us grow dbt into a globally recognized and loved software brand. This role will be a critical partner to the Marketing organization for executing pivotal marketing campaigns, providing insights to the marketing and sales team, helping to project manage our campaigns and keep them on track. This includes building workflows, dynamic lists and emails for various marketing campaigns, building and quality checking reports for various team members, managing asana projects and stakeholders to make sure campaigns stay on track, and creating documentation to record all campaign assets and changes. In addition to the Marketing team, the Campaign Operations Associate will work closely with our RevOps, Product, People, and Sales teams.
In this role, you can expect to…
- Own project management of the operational side of campaigns, ensuring appropriate stakeholders are involved, asana projects are accurate and up to date, and changes are documented
- Serve as a primary point of contact for all Product, Rev Marketing, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing Campaign Operations in the North America and APAC region
- Work with peers on the Marketing team to execute campaigns on a global scale. This includes managing our campaign calendar, building campaigns in our various systems, executing email campaigns, building landing pages, and measuring the impact of our campaigns we put in market.
- Manage day-to-day operations by improving campaign reports/dashboards, proactively QAing all campaign components, and enabling real-time reporting for the marketing team
- Expected hours: 9:00 am - 5 pm CT (12:00 am - 8:00 am GMT+8) to support campaign operations for field marketing, product marketing, product and sales teams in the North America and APAC region
You are a good fit if you…
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing/Campaign Operations
- High level of comfortability and knowledge using Hubspot (building workflows, creating emails, building distribution lists and reporting)
- Familiarity with various marketing tools, including Salesforce, GoldCast, Splash and Looker.
- Experience with using a project management tool like Asana
- Exceptional communication skills and project management skills, detail-oriented and an ability to work asynchronously
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Understanding of Data Visualizations tools and usage (Power BI, Looker, Tableau or Others)
