About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced, organized Executive Assistant with a positive, upbeat approach to play a central role in keeping the executive staff's business operations and activities organized. This role would be reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer.
What you’ll be doing:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance for C-level executives, ensuring all day-to-day needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Manage sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and care.
- Calendar & Travel Management: Oversee intricate calendars; schedule appointments; arrange travel itineraries; and process expense reports for executives and their direct reports.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize and attend local on-site and off-site meetings, as well as company events such as team gatherings. Collaborate with facilities teams to ensure seamless communication and logistics.
- Project Support: Create presentations and organizational charts, and assist with executive-led projects by coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Visitor Logistics: Coordinate all aspects of senior executive visits, liaising closely with office facilities teams to guarantee a smooth and productive experience.
- Cross-Functional Engagement: Attend departmental meetings, document action items, drive agendas, and foster interdepartmental collaboration.
- Strategic Partnership: Work closely with assigned executives to stay aligned with departmental priorities, track progress against goals, and anticipate future needs.
What we’re looking for:
- Location: Must live within a one-hour commute of downtown San Francisco.
- Experience: At least 2 years of proven success as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Fluency in Microsoft Office and G Suite on a Mac platform.
- Organization & Prioritization: Ability to excel in a dynamic environment, managing multiple executives’ calendars, deadlines, and competing demands with ease.
- Professionalism & Discretion: Exhibits calm, composure, and confidentiality under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
- Adaptability: Thrives in changing environments, maintaining an upbeat attitude and flexible mindset.
- Collaboration & Support: Demonstrates a can-do spirit and willingness to assist team members; readily jumps in to solve problems and ensure continuity of support.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders at all levels.

The base compensation range for this role is $110,000-$140,000, which does not include bonus/variable pay.
